Best coffee in Brisbane by far!! Rad dudes! Cool robot cartoons. Try the bannana bread. If you don\'t like the place you need slapped with a cold salmon.

Had herd about this place from a good friend who lives on the gold coast he drives up heaps just for the perfect CUP. So flew up from Melbourne for a visit and went to Cup, literally the best cafe latte I\'ve ever had! Mascapone and tomato on toast was so moorish. Can\'t wait for my next visit to Brisbane!

We were introduced to Cup by a friend who drinks there often so we thought we'd check it out.

We are designers who are always on the look out for creatives spaces and we were instantly drawn to the ambience of Cup. We live nowhere near West End – actually we live about 30–40 minutes away, and still manage to get in there at least once a week. We have also started taking some of our clients there when we present our design work.

If you love coffee and haven't been what are you waiting for?

Oh god one of those third wave new age coffee businesses up and running and perhaps in a very suitable yippy location too. There seems to be nothing in the way of trade secrets, the beans are right in front of you, he roasts in front of you, there's date of roast and blend percentages on the retail bags.. wow. It's a far cry from the oldschool way of doing business and very refreshing.

If you have questions they'll have a decent answer, right down to temperature at the grouphead, dwelltimes, gram weights, infusion times, anything.

There are different ways of brewing coffee here as well as their shiny slayer. I've enjoyed all of it. The milk is more on the lukewarm side, and perhaps that's an issue that they will have to address now that we're in the height of winter, but nevertheless it's a near perfect spot for me. Just watch out for that parking inspector, he hides around the bushes and gets you if you park nose in to those spots opposite Cup. What a Q#$%#$%

Everyone in the biz seems to talk about it so I had to visit......don't know if I should have (sorry guys). It is obvious that this is a serious coffee house just check out the roaster but you have to get over the coffee geek stuff and serve up coffee for the punters.

I love my coffee and that is why I enjoyed my short black but was hoping for a bit more volume. My milk based coffee and that of my friends was at best luke warm (wish I had a thermometer) and almost undrinkable (my weekday barista recommended it and said that the temp may be off a little).

Loverly setting and cool shop.

I just want to bump up the rating. Josh and his crew are simply amazing. I have not tasted better coffee in QLD - the last time I tasted coffee this good was at St Ali in South Melbourne, when under the original management. Sensational!

It's refreshing to see people who love what they do! Somthing that you don't come across everyday.. My house blend espresso came out in a beautiful thick ceramic acf cup and the blend is well thoughout and balanced.. I had some fruit toast! Yum... Nice and thick!

Being a coffee junky I couldn't leave without having a go at thier single origin! A fw with a lovely Rosetta! Smooth as with propley tempered milk non of this common qld burnt milk!

Quality as joint to relax and get your fix .. Check it out!

I feel very fortunate to be living no more than 500m from this great café. The crew at Cup serve, hands down, the best coffee in Brisbane. The clean, minimalist interior makes for a fresh, no-fuss vibe, and allows your eye to be drawn to the impressive Slayer espresso machine on the counter and the Probat roaster taking pride of place at the back wall. The staff are always friendly, and produce consistently amazing coffee that looks and tastes great. It's hard not to order a second if you're sitting in!

When a friend highly recommends a cafe in coffee-challenged BrisVegas, you take their advice!

So, off I trundled to 'Cup' and found myself quickly ordering my second tasty cappucino. It's a strong flavour, but rich and combined with great milk I really enjoyed both cups.

Very friendly staff who are 'the new kids on the block' and are enjoying themselves and their journey.

Outstanding new startup with a young but veteran crew, amazing slayer coffee machine from the states, coffee imported and roasted on site, blends and single origins, food, great atmosphere and easy location. Must visit

Cup coffee not only serves up amazing espresso, but also a variety of other coffee styles such as Chemex, Cold Press and more. The industrial setting, sparse but warm furnishings, and gorgeous coffee paraphernalia (such as a roaster on-site) make this my favourite coffee stop in West End. The staff make you feel welcome and at home. I can see Cup developing a real community of friends and coffee lovers due to their passion for coffee and willingness to speak and interact with all visitors to their shop.
