Pablo & Rusty's is situated right by the train station at Gordon, it always bustling with people and the coffee is most often very good, although I find the house blend doesn't quite hit the spot.
They really need to install a decent air conditioner for summer as it's almost unbearable on a hot day, but in winter it's the ideal place for a nice coffee in Sydney's north.
Good coffee, average food though, but nice staff

My double ris pic made by the blonde barista was sensational. The food choices were very limited, but what can you expect from an espresso bar. Definately recommend Pablo and Rustys if you're in the area, or state.

As mentioned, the food is simple, but provides a good, quick and works well with the beverages and the location.
They are also turning into a great gallery space, with new art every month.
Some of the best coffee in this part of the North Shore. The blend is fantastic and especially good as a double ristretto. Food isn't all that substantial, but face it, the coffee is good enough to keep you.
