StArt Coffee

It would be very easy to walk right past this tiny shop front (no more than 4ft wide) next to StArt Design's gallery on Columbia Road.

Often hidden when the flower market is in full swing, the kiosk is diagonally opposite the Royal Oak pub.

Using a 2 group Nera (Visicrem) machine, an acceptable macchiato was made today. Nothing spectacular, but, for the price, it was very drinkable.

The barista couldn't give me too much information about the coffee, except that it was 100% Arabica Beans, imported from Italy. He didn't know the origin of the beans that made up what tasted like a blend, roasted slightly darker than I prefer.

The milk was spot on, but no latte art here.
